Homeschool Workshops: What to Expect in February

Homeschool Workshops: What to Expect in February

According to all the feedback I received the January Workshop was a success!

And I really look forward to the Homeschool Workshop coming up in February! Here is what to expect:

Where: Lafayette Library

When: Sunday February 16th from 2:30-4:15PM

TitleHomeschool Perspectives - A Panel

hearts BocoLearning.com

There is no single way to homeschool. That’s what makes it so amazing!

That’s also what makes it challenging. Are you looking for a well-trodden path - or some guideposts - that will work for your family?

This workshop will begin with a panel featuring 5 parents who will share their perspectives on how children become educated and what they do to foster learning in their homeschool. We will touch on Secular, Eclectic, and Academic, Special Needs, Project-Based Learning, Unschooling, Working while Homeschooling; among other things.

Then we will break into smaller groups so you can connect with like-minded educators, learn more, and find the comfort and confidence that comes with sharing space and ideas with educational allies!

Cost: $10 per person

Tickets: For sale at BocoLearning.com in February.

Space will be limited. So sign up below to stay informed, get details about who is on the panel, and to get an email invitation (and 24-hour head start) when registration opens.

Walking the road less traveled as educators is as unnerving as it is exciting. So I create Homeschool events for the local community to connect in person because everyone deserves to find the comfort and confidence that comes with sharing space and ideas with educational allies.
