About Me
I am an advocate for strengths-based and curiosity-driven learning. My formal education is punctuated by an MSE in Electrical Engineering and an MS in Curriculum and Instruction. Informally, as a parent of an autistic, dyslexic, and gifted child, and another extremely anxious child, I have embraced a neurodivergent-affirming way of living and learning that emphasizes mental health and wellness.
FAQ:
Can I bring my children? This workshop is designed for parents and I do not plan to cater to children. I think parents will have a better experience if they can attend to themselves instead of their children. However, I realize that parent life is hard and if you cannot find childcare, I completely understand!
